Create Bind Application

A bind application a way to collect any information required to bind a specific quote. Bind applications function similarly to the application used to get a quote. In order to create a bind application and get policies, you must have a quote with bind_status of available on an active quote. Then you can send that quote Id to our bind_applications endpoint to create a bind application.
