Fill Bind Application
Update Bind application with /bind_applications/{bind_ application_ id}
Once a bind application has been created, it can be updated using PUT. In order to submit a bind application to get a policy (via placing a bind order), you need to continue to update the bind application until the status is complete. This works similar to our applications endpoint where you need to update risk, coverage and admin parameters.
