NO SCRAPING OR TRAINING. You shall not scrape or download any data or other content that we make available on our Services. You shall not train any model on any data or other content that we make available on our Services.

PRIVACY. If you submit or we have access to any information (including without limitation personal information) while using our Services, such information will be subject to the HeraldAPI privacy policy, which is available through this website. Our privacy policy is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. The sender of any information to HeraldAPI is solely responsible for its content, including without limitation its accuracy, truthfulness and non-infringement of any other person’s legal rights.

FEEDBACK. If you provide any feedback to HeraldAPI, you agree that we may use that feedback for any purpose, without limitation, and without any compensation to you.

DATED INFORMATION. HeraldAPI makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of any data or other content made available through the use of our Services and expressly disclaims any obligation to update such data or other content. HeraldAPI also reserves the right to make additions, deletions or modifications to any data or other content from time to time, without any notice.

HERALDAPI AND ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY YOU WILL NOT BE MISAPPROPRIATED, INTERCEPTED, DELETED, DESTROYED OR USED BY OTHERS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS. HeraldAPI reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time for any reason, which shall be effected by posting of the updated Terms of Use on our Services; provided that any such changes shall only apply to your use of our Services after the date of such change, unless you expressly accept retroactive application of such changes, via a click-through, signed agreement or otherwise.

MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms of Use, to the extent any provision of these Terms of Use addresses the same subject matter as any provision of any applicable Master Services Agreement or other definitive agreement that applies to the use of our Services (the “MSA”), the applicable provision of the MSA shall govern and supersede the corresponding provision of these Terms of Use.
